Why isn't my photo loading?

We recommend that photos and screenshots meet the following requirements:

• No more than 800 pixels by 800 pixels

• Use JPG or PNG format only

• Clearing your cache and cookies from your browser

• Using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari)

• If the file is too big, it can be easily resized using Microsoft paint or any other photo editing program.
